i found the staff helpful. the room included a coffee machine and a water heater. it was a welcome touch. the location near a tram and metro station suited my travel needs.
also, the shower floor was metal. it felt unpleasant.

i had a large room and it was very clean. the bed was comfortable, so i slept well. the luggage room with a locker helped me store my backpacks after check-out. the staff was very friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.

the location is great as it is near a tram and metro station. i found supermarkets and restaurants close, beneficial for a solo traveler. the staff were helpful and accommodating (krick offered me the wellness package). the room was spacious enough and i appreciated the complimentary toiletries.
the sound insulation was terrible, i could hear the pipes and toilet fans all night long.

the hotel offers easy access to both trams and the metro. the wellness package includes a sauna, a hot tub, and access to a relaxation area for unwinding.

the staff were lovely, super friendly and tolerant (especially krick). they always reacted quickly to requests or problems. the front desk staff speak different languages to assist a wide range of guests.

breakfast is served across the street at a partner cafe. the cafe offers a good breakfast for a reasonable price. i especially enjoyed that there was no big rush at breakfast.
