I appreciated the prompt and efficient service. the staff brought in our luggage upon arrival. they also secured taxis for us whenever needed, we reached our destinations without delay. complimentary water bottles were provided daily. It was a thoughtful touch.

the hotel provided adjoining rooms for my family of four which was perfect we also found the updated room style very nice the proximity to the colosseum was a pleasant surprise it was only a ten minute walk away i could easily reach other landmarks within a twenty minute walk.
i experienced noise from nearby bars at all hours the sound was quite persistent i found it difficult to sleep well because of it. constant noise.

the hotel is within walking distance to the colosseum it took about twenty minutes to reach the train terminal in the mornings i found this location convenient for exploring the city.

the breakfast had many choices i found the variety appealing staff at the front desk were helpful and they spoke english well the hotel offered convenient taxi services.

the staff was professional and readily available the front desk assisted with ordering taxis i felt supported throughout my stay their english proficiency enhanced communication significantly. the rooms were clean.

The location was good, close to many sights.
The room's thermostat did not work. The temperature stayed between 25 and 28 degrees Celsius (quite warm for comfort, I must add). I spoke to the front desk three times. Nothing changed. (A change of room would have been ideal, but I was only there for three days).

The staff was very helpful in storing our luggage. They were also great at giving directions and calling cabs. The location is amazing for the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The breakfast buffet had plenty on offer.
The air conditioning system was not adjustable. The front desk controlled it. Even if I tried to turn on the air condition, they changed it to a fan. It was still hot.
