parking was easy and only a short walk to the city center. breakfast was nice, offering several options. i look forward to returning in the future.

parking is available directly in front of the building , and additional spaces exist on the side. the house has access to local restaurants in just a few minutes. access to aberdeenshire is quick due to the a1 location.

the room was bright and very clean. bedding included comfortable beds that allowed a good night's sleep. the room offered a shower and ample space for luggage.

the staff are very friendly and cute , and they are always willing to assist with requests. the owner is charming and greeted me warmly upon arrival. the cleaning staff maintained a high level of cleanliness.

my room was not cleaned properly. there was dust on the shelves and the bathroom floor seemed untouched? the breakfast was okay, but the pastries seemed a bit stale. i think fresher options would improve it considerably.
