The host provided helpful suggestions for dinner and sightseeing in the area. The room was quiet and comfortable (i slept so soundly). Breakfast offered various selections and the bread was freshly baked. I easily found parking directly across from the building.
The WiFi signal was sometimes a little weak.

my room faced the street and i did notice some noise from road traffic early in the morning it wasn't a major issue but light sleepers might want to request a room away from the front.

dianne is a wonderful host, so cute. i found the room faced the main street, but it was surprisingly quiet. my dog received a warm welcome too with bowls, a towel, and treats waiting in the room. breakfast was yummy (the hollandaise sauce was divine!).
i noticed just a touch of dust in the communal areas (nothing major, though!).
