Emma provided an easy relaxed atmosphere. the reason for the event i hope to repeat it soon. thank you! the host provided food for a free buffet breakfast. she asked if we needed anything topping up. This was great.

Tv wires could use some tidying. the shelf was not level. It can easily be sorted.

The location was convenient. It was just a short walk to the town centre. the staff was also helpful and friendly. the room had complimentary snacks, a nice touch.

The shower was hard to adjust and burnt my skin once. It could have been dangerous. the tv wires needed tidying, and the shelf wasn't level. the room could have been cleaner in general, especially the bathroom.

i was able to drop off my car and get the key early. the location was very quiet, i heard no noise. the provided cereal, water, and crisps were a nice touch and the tea and coffee in the room was nice too.

the shower was small (a very minor issue, of course).

i was a little disappointed. the exterior looked quite run-down (it needs some tlc). i also noticed a musty smell upon entering. the shower had low pressure, and it took quite a while for the water to warm up. there was no breakfast offered, inconvenient.
