the hosts were friendly. the breakfast included cereal, a full english option, orange juice, toast and tea and coffee. the room had everything i needed. i found easy access and plenty of on street parking (it was very convenient).
i noticed cables hanging down in one area.

the shower offered plenty of hot water. rooms were a good size and very clean. i observed convenient on-street parking options available near the premises, a definite plus arriving by car.

the owners were professional and very helpful. breakfast was tailor made to my preferences (especially appreciated). the hosts ensured i felt welcome and they were attentive without being intrusive .

the location was great for accessing local attractions. i walked easily to the harbour and the spa. the hosts, liz and chris, were very cute and seemed to anticipate every need.
the porch area looked a bit messy with some cables hanging down. i noticed some milk stains in the tea bag bin in my room (though the rest of the room was clean). i wasn't offered a refund, even partially, for the inconvenience.

Fantastic Spot Near the Sea!

The location is superb! I found it only 5 minutes from the seafront and the train station. Breakfast was spot on. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I noticed a small stain on a towel in the bathroom- it was barely noticeable, though.

Breakfast included options such as cereals, yogurt, and juice! I also enjoyed a delicious cooked English breakfast. All ingredients seemed very fresh. The dining area was well-lit and had plenty of seating.
