The location is fabulous! the staff sent me a message. I could get my keys anytime i arrived. my room was so lovely and clean. i felt very comfortable after a day of walking around, and i had the best sleep ever.

No one was in when i arrived. there was an old paper sign with a number to call. someone was there in about 5 minutes. I was expecting a highly rated guest house, not an air b&b.

Overpriced Stay with Issues

cold shower limited choice

I had some problems. The shower was barely warm, before turning freezing cold. That was an unpleasant surprise. I paid extra for breakfast expecting a good spread. There was a limited choice, with no fruit or cheese initially. The host had to go out to buy some, inconvenient.

bus stop scenic walk comfy bed

the bus stop was close , so transportation was very convenient. a scenic walk to the city centre was also an option. the room was clean and the heating system was easy to use. the check-in instructions i received worked perfectly. the room was a good size and the bed felt comfy. i received a warm welcome , and the staff treated me very well.

there was a very slight untidiness in the garden.

stained bedside cabinet mouldy bathroom

the location was good for walking to the popular sites.

the room wasnt very clean, i see stained bedside cabinet. the bathroom, i noticed it had mould, and the shower plug looked like it had too much hair. it almost flooded before i could remove the drain unit.

The location suited my needs. It was a short walk into the city.

The room was tired. Paint peeled on the ceiling, and the carpet was shabby. The advertised seating area was just a dusty armchair wedged between the bed and the wall.

warm greeting local spots huge room

roy greeted us warmly and handled our bags right away! he suggested awesome local spots for dinner. the room was HUGE, and the modern bathroom was fantastic!!!

the stairs were a little tiring after a long day.

The double room had plenty of space and storage for my belongings. Good facilities like a hairdryer, iron with board, and tv were available. Complimentary tea, coffee, and drinking water were also provided in the room.

I needed assistance with my heavy suitcase from the floor upon departure. There was no elevator in the building. I could not find any staff member for help, so I had to pay a taxi driver to assist me.
