traffic noise lack of fridge
the location was very convenient staff provided a travel adapter in the room
i noticed no fridge was available i also found traffic noise problematic many ambulances and police vehicles passed with sirens active since this building is old noise travels easily through windows and walls

comfortable bed central location lift absence ineffective window
The location was central. It was near transport links. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding felt clean. Strong shower and gels were available. There was a fan in the room if the room felt too warm.
There was no lift. This meant many stairs. The room was noisy. I could hear noise from outside. The window was not very effective at blocking the sound. It was hard to sleep well because of the noise.
