Fantastic Location and Friendly Service!

The hotel is very close to the Terminal 21 mall. It is also near the Asok BTS Skytrain and MRT stations. Many excellent restaurants are within walking distance. Benjakitti park is lovely and also within walking distance. The staff are always gracious and accommodating. My room was quiet and bright. It included large windows and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly and reliably. The hotel has a beautiful and inviting lobby with 24-hour staffing. There is a good restaurant on the ground floor. I found this very convenient. The front desk team booked a taxi for me very quickly. Check-in and check-out were quick too.

I found the towels looked quite old. I think they should be changed. There was a bad smell coming from the bathroom sometimes. These are minor things compared to all the great amenities.

awesome stay near terminal 21!

great locationcomfy bedhelpful staff

the hotel is super close to terminal 21, its just a short walk! i also found some cool cafes and restaurants nearby which was a plus. the room was huge and the bed, oh my gosh, it was so comfy! the staff was really nice and helpful too.

the street could get a little noisy sometimes, but nothing too bad.
