amazing family stay!
good service big rooms
This hotel is perfect for families, especially with its amazing pool. the service was very good (thanks to pim and lukked for the kind hospitality!). the rooms are big, perfect for families with kids as there is enough room for everyone. i have come here for seven years now. It certainly will not be my last time.

there is a coffee club on the ground floor. a 7-eleven is only one minute away. it has an atm, useful for cash withdrawals with international cards.

the staff are polite and engaged. it was nice to see staff that will chat with you when they can. they are also very child-friendly, it is lovely to see that they love children.

there is a playground. an air-conditioned playroom, great for rainy and hot days (i experienced both!). the hotel has a large swimming pool. the hotel also helped us organize transport and excursions.

Excellent Experience!
extensive options happy staff shaded pool complimentary drinks
The breakfast at Albricias was really good. I appreciated the extensive options available. The staff was always happy to serve. The pool area was clean. It was well shaded. I also liked the complimentary drinks in the fridge.
My only slight issue was the location. It is a bit far from the main attractions. The traffic made travel longer.

The hotel is near a 7/11 and an exchange office. These were quite useful. Shuttle buses provide regular service to the subway and various shopping centers. I found transportation relatively easy to access.

The personnel was very friendly and always available, and their warm welcome. Khun Dear helped my elderly parents and me to safely exit the building after the quake! I found the service very good overall.

A Tranquil Oasis
large pool spacious room breakfast selection family package
My stay included access to a large pool, surrounded by greenery. The room was spacious, with ample storage space. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and drinks. The hotel offers a Family Fun package that is well worth it.
The bed, composed of two twins pushed together to simulate a king, created an uncomfortable split between the mattresses.

The hotel staff went out of their way to. The personnel were very nice and smiling. Most spoke English well. Staff was helpful at the front desk.

AMAZING staff and gorgeous gardens!
big garden green plants
The hotel has a big garden next to the pool on the 4th floor. It features hundreds of plants and trees!!! The shower area by the pool feels like paradise because of all the greenery. The gardeners work tirelessly to maintain the plants. Mr Pinthu is a legend and knows every plant personally.

The position is very good with a short stroll to shopping centers and local supermarkets. It is convenient to walk to nearby shopping malls, street food, and convenience stores. Transportation is easy.

spacious rooms convenient stalls
i stayed in a spacious room with a separate bedroom and a kitchen. street food stalls across the street were really convenient.
the coffee from the coffee shop in the lobby wasnt very hot.

smelly sofas insufficient amenities
The pool and pool bar were acceptable.
The sofas in the room had a very bad smell I assume they are not washed properly I think that is unacceptable. Also my group had five people but there were not enough amenities I had to ask every time for more.
