fantastic stay

stayed in a Large Double or Twin Room. a large room overlooked the gardens. i was able to leave food in the large fridge. the dining room had amazing facilities so i could cook my meals the way i do it at home.
the room was very DATED, curtains didn't close, bathroom blind was broken and didn't fit the window.

the hotel is near a great area. this area has a path leading to the river. it also has a Great location in the heart of the lake district.

the room was dated the curtains did not close properly. the bathroom blind was broken it did not fit the window. there was mould on the bathroom wall.

the location allows exploring local sites easily. i found my room to be exactly as i wanted. the old building had a certain charm to it. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay of three nights.
the furniture could be updated with nicer options. it seems a bit worn and does not provide the best comfort. also, there was a lack of hot water.

The kitchen had amazing accessories. I found everything I needed to make breakfast. I also liked the dining room. It had great space to have meals.
The room felt dated. The curtains did not close fully. I found this problematic because privacy was important. I had to use towels to cover the window gaps.
