on-site parking quality food twin room
The on-site parking was useful. The food I ate was good quality, especially if ordered before 8pm. My room was a twin room.
The bar could get busy and have only one person serving at times.

lovely staff excellent value great food run down furniture uncomfortable mattress bathroom upgrade
i found the staff really lovely. the hotel offered excellent value for money. its location was quiet and beautiful. the food in the bar was great!!!
i found the furniture a bit run down. the mattress wasn't very comfortable. the bathroom could use an upgrade, i think.

acceptable stay with some issues
noise disturbance cold steak
the inn allowed me to walk directly from its location without needing to use my car.
The noise levels at night made sleep difficult. I suspect there was a communal toilet or a fire door upstairs that repeatedly slammed shut for hours. also, the steak i ordered arrived cold.

a wonderful stay in eskdale
fine location picturesque view efficient staff
the location is fine. the valley views are picturesque. the staff were friendly and efficient. the on-site parking was very useful.
the room lacked simple instructions for the tv. i needed assistance to get it working.
