a relaxing hotel stay!
fine grounds superior room large bed quality bathroom
I found the hotel grounds fine, a real gem for a relaxing stroll. the staff upgraded me to a superior room. It felt worth the extra cost. the bed was large. I slept very well. the bathroom was lovely. It had quality fixtures.
The corridors were a little noisy. I could hear doors slamming at times.

Dinner was delicious. The restaurant menu had a good mix. the portion sizes were good. I felt satisfied after the meal. breakfast had a good selection. It was a traditional english breakfast.

The staff were helpful. They responded to all my requests quickly. gemma at reception was especially friendly. She. service was prompt. I did not wait long for anything.

Wonderful and Clean
clean room good size superb grounds
The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and a good size. The grounds were superb, offering a nice walk to the nearby lake.
The temperature in the room was not easy to control.

The breakfast included many options. The all-you-can-eat breakfast had a good selection of items, a detail I found quite helpful. The chefs certainly cooked a fabulous meal (especially dinner).

helpful staff clear communication accessible entrances
i hosted a birthday tea for sixty guests. the staff helped a lot during planning. they answered questions clearly. the venue was happy to adjust for elderly guests. i personalize event decorations easy.
the room i stayed in was somewhat small, so moving around the bed was necessary.
