the hotel provides free parking. the location is convenient with a park nearby for walking. the rooms has adequate space.
The staff showed a lack of concern when an hairdryer took fire. the replacement hairdryer also wasn't functional. the hotel have bed-bugs. I discovered this with surprise.

the staff booked a lovely restaurant for us, it was very helpful. our room felt spacious, and it was decorated beautifully. complimentary water bottles were a lovely touch..
i found that the hotel charged for everything in the fridge. this wasn't clearly indicated, and i expected water to be complimentary. this felt a little misleading.
