Really good Hotel Experience

helpful hostcomplimentary giftthermal spagentle music
Adam offered help with our bags, a very nice gesture. We found a welcome note and a complimentary gift in the room. The thermal spa was lovely and provided bottled water.
I noticed a gentle music playing in the courtyard, it was outside, I couldn't hear it in my room. This made the courtyard ambiance less desirable.
Rooms
9/10
The room included a beautiful vanity mirror and an extending mirror. There was also a powerful shower. Robes and slippers were available in the room upon arrival, these were a very nice touch.
Service

The hotel lobby was tastefully decorated. It was lovely for entrance. There was also a lovely smell throughout the hotel. I found the gentle music in the courtyard created a desirable ambiance.
Facilities
8/10
The mini bar offered a great selection, though we did not partake of any snacks. The hotel courtyard was beautifully kept. It provided a relaxing space .
Dining
10/10
The breakfast selection included Continental and cooked options. The variety was exquisite and fresh. I found the cooked options were especially tasty. The bread, fruit, and sweet treats were delicious, especially with the amazing jam.
