the room was clean, modern and stylish!!! the bathroom was AMAZING!!! the hotel's location is super convenient, right across from the train station. underground parking is available and it is such a great option too!!!
the air conditioning made quite a lot of noise. i really struggled to get a silent night's rest.

the breakfast was amazing!!! it had the best i've ever had in a hotel, and the selection was amazing. the parma ham and parmegiano reggiano were definitely a highlight, and i would return just for that.

My room had a safe. There was also a minibar that was stocked. I found a good shower in the bathroom and a hair dryer was available. The breakfast included a vegetable juicer.
The air conditioning was not very strong.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the bus and train station. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was noticeable. The staff proved very helpful and efficient . I found the location very convenient for my travel needs.
I noticed that the hotel surroundings can get a bit noisy because of the nearby station.

Just Okay. Not Rushing Back

The air conditioning barely worked. I thought I was in a sauna, not a hotel room. The room felt stuffy despite my fiddling with the thermostat. It took ages to get someone from reception to even acknowledge the problem, and they didn't seem particularly bothered, honestly. the advertised on-site parking turned out to be a paid service costing extra per night. That was quite cheeky.

the breakfast buffet was good, a great start to the day. the hotel's proximity to the train station really worked for me as i wanted day trips. my room was quite spacious and included all that i required for a comfortable stay.
The air conditioning in my room was controlled remotely. I needed to call the front desk to adjust it.

the superior room was quite large with an excellent shower over the bath. it was spotlessly clean, which i appreciated. the room also had effective air conditioning for the hot weather, it worked very well.

The staff were amazing and always ready to assist with any need. check-in took a little bit of time, though i realize this is often unavoidable. the reception staff were always polite. They quickly addressed all my questions.

breakfast had local specialty foods and baked goods. parking was available, and that was very convenient. the hotel is directly beside the train station. the front door is a pick-up location for tours.
