super clean and modern studio stay

the tram stop is very close and helpful for transportation. the studio interior looks chic and modern. the building felt new, so everything appears clean and fresh. i found staff to be friendly and helpful, they answered my questions.
The online check-in was not clear. it wasn't like a traditional hotel. More like an airbnb. i found that there was no easy way to get into the building until checking in online. i wish there were clearer instructions.

the apartment was well-equipped, meeting all my needs. the room features a bluetooth speaker and charger by the bed, that are very useful. i really appreciated the smart tv with google chromecast for entertainment.

the hotel is conveniently located near a tram stop and supermarket. public transport is very accessible, allowing quick travel. with the tram stop opposite the accommodation, getting around the city is easy.

The free coffee and apples were great! it was also great being able to come and go to the common room on the 9th floor. the washing clothes dryer and ironing facilities were very much appreciated. location is great. Public transport is at the front door.
the room was smaller than it seems in the pictures.

my quick stop was quite smooth with digital access throughout the building. the proximity to the train station really helped me get around easily after arriving. i found the room very spacious. i enjoyed the modern decor.
finding the correct address for the parking took some time as the initial information was incorrect.

The staff was readily available and very helpful via phone. They promptly provided the parking address after my initial confusion. the online check-in process was efficient, and the digital key system worked flawlessly throughout my stay. i also appreciated the quick and helpful responses.

a coffee machine is accessible around the clock in the meeting room located on the ninth floor. the common area offers a relaxed space and included free coffee which was a nice gesture. the proximity to local supermarkets allowed easy access to groceries.

digital key problemroom number issue
The check-in was horrible. The digital key arrived only after completing the online check-in. I found no information regarding my actual room number on the application. It took many calls to customer service before I got the room number. Because of this, I had to leave for a meeting without leaving my luggage.
