The location was great. It was convenient for transport into the city. i appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. They even allowed us to check in early. the room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well, especially during the heat. the breakfast buffet had a lot of fresh, well-made choices. we were also given free transport cards for our stay.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station and the city center. There were many restaurants nearby, so I had lots of dining choices. My room was quite spacious and clean. I also appreciated the coffee machine. The staff demonstrated warmth and professionalism. They were keen to help.
The tea and coffee facilities were quite basic, it did not quite align with the price.

terrible coffeeunstaffed area
The breakfast was really uninspired, to be honest. the coffee was especially bad. I don't know how you mess that up. also, the breakfast area didn't seem to have anyone working there. it felt a little abandoned, though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

i found the location very convenient. it was an easy walk from the central station. there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff was great and always ready to help.
i found that the room was too hot. the hot water pipes run through the bathroom. opening the window to cool the room led to street noise.
