charming stay near the lake
convenient location delicious options
i found the hotel's location near the lake quite convenient. breakfast included many delicious options, more than i could eat. the selection of teas was fantastic. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was of good size..
the room was too hot and there was no thermostat. i had to open a window, which then let in a lot of outside noise. this was not ideal, especially when needing an early start.

The location was great. It was convenient for transport into the city. i appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. They even allowed us to check in early. the room was spacious, and the air conditioning worked well, especially during the heat. the breakfast buffet had a lot of fresh, well-made choices. we were also given free transport cards for our stay.

ideal location ample restaurants spacious room helpful staff
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station and the city center. There were many restaurants nearby, so I had lots of dining choices. My room was quite spacious and clean. I also appreciated the coffee machine. The staff demonstrated warmth and professionalism. They were keen to help.
The tea and coffee facilities were quite basic, it did not quite align with the price.

terrible coffee unstaffed area
The breakfast was really uninspired, to be honest. the coffee was especially bad. I don't know how you mess that up. also, the breakfast area didn't seem to have anyone working there. it felt a little abandoned, though the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

convenient location nearby restaurants helpful staff
i found the location very convenient. it was an easy walk from the central station. there were plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff was great and always ready to help.
i found that the room was too hot. the hot water pipes run through the bathroom. opening the window to cool the room led to street noise.
