the room had a great view of the hustle and bustle from the christmas market. staff were professional and helpful. the hotel is situated right at the square near the frauenkirche, a great location.
the room was too hot for sleeping even with the window open. air movement was minimal, and the ac wasn't available. bacon was not great, it was burned.

the location was perfect near the main square. our room faced neumarkt offering excellent christmas market views. the staff displayed consistent professionalism assisting with every request i made. the breakfast selection impressed me with many fresh local options on offer.
the gym was a little small limiting workout options during peak hours i didn't find that a major issue.

the hotel offers a well maintained gym area with three treadmills and two stationary bikes the equipment looked new. there are separate saunas for men and women plus a shared relaxation area.

The location was unbeatable, right in the city center. i loved the large room. It had views overlooking the square. breakfast was also great with a really friendly and helpful front desk team.
My room was much too hot. i opened the window all night, but the air didn't move, even with the fan on. the ac wasn't available. This made sleeping tough and i would've liked it cooler!
