Adequate Stay with Some Drawbacks
incorrect instructions worn room
The self check-in process was not smooth. I had to call for assistance, and the initial instructions were incorrect. It took some time to get the correct information.. This delayed my entry into the room. the room seemed a bit worn. I saw several scuff marks on the walls.

great location comfortable apartment well-stocked kitchen automated check in tired decor bathroom floor
the location worked well for me. it was close to many things. the apartment was comfortable and i liked the well-stocked kitchen. i found the check-in and check-out process easy enough.
the automated check in did not worked on my arrival. the decor in the room felt tired. i noticed gaps in the bathroom floor tiles.

full kitchen useful machine ideal location
I found the location ideal for exploring the area. The room had a full kitchen, which helped save on dining costs (i especially liked this). The provided washing machine was very useful , allowing me to pack lighter.
The lift access required navigating a short set of stairs, which might be challenging for some guests with heavy luggage.

prime location clean room comfortable bed
The location proved convenient, as it's a short walk to Princes Street. The room was very clean and well-equipped. Kitchenware fully satisfied our cooking needs, which I thoroughly appreciated. Beds offered great comfort and warmth, so I had restful nights.

The apartment felt spacious with a large bathroom. Darkening blinds helped keep the room dark. We appreciated the tea, coffee, and milk provided. A heated rack was very smart in the bathroom.

unsanitary bedding cleanliness problem
The location was acceptable, close to many attractions.
The room was underwhelming and had some problems. There WAS hair on the bedding. I found this VERY unsanitary. The cleanliness overall was below expectations.

some serious issues
dirty bathroom unclean couch
The bathroom was REALLY dirty. I had to clean it myself before I could use it. The couch looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, pretty gross. I DO wonder, if cleaning ISN'T a priority, why they make guests wait until 3pm to check in? It makes no sense.
