The staff were very helpful. The food was lovely, AND the hotel had so much character. I will always stay here when possible. IT was really nice.
The bedroom and bathroom were disappointing for the price we were charged. The room was basic and the shower was difficult to use. I also had to go up two flights of stairs. It was not desirable.

for the price i was charged the bedroom and bathroom were disappointing. the room was basic and the shower difficult to use. i also had to go up two flights of stairs, not desirable.

Really good Service and Delicious Food

The staff were really good. Their high level of customer service really stood out. I found the hotel spotlessly clean, a testament to their attention to detail. The food was fantastic, I especially enjoyed my meals at the restaurant. It was easy to reach various local attractions from the hotel.
The TV didn't have a strong signal for streaming services, a minor inconvenience.
