Adequate Stay. Some Issues
uncomfortable pillowssmall beds
I found the pillows to be quite cheap. They were rather uncomfortable. The bed in my room was smaller than expected. I think the hotel could improve these aspects. It would also be beneficial to provide complimentary water in the rooms.

the room had a coffee machine with capsules, which i found really convenient. the minibar was also well-stocked. it included both a bathtub and a shower.

The location is great, near many bistros. The rooftop bar has fine city views. The rooms are modern and equipped well. I enjoyed seeing the Alexandre Dumas tomb when I opened the windows.
The hotel tried to take a payment without my permission. My card company blocked it and froze my card. I did not appreciate this. The staff had problems understanding how to deduct the prepayment.
