overrated and underwhelming
basic buffet frustrating service
I was really expecting more from this place. the breakfast buffet was pretty basic and not very exciting, especially considering what i paid. i also had a hard time getting the staff to understand a simple request at dinner. It was frustrating.

Fantastic Stay by the Lagoon
complimentary boat trip generous breakfast
I enjoyed the complimentary boat trip around the lagoon. It provided a great view of the surrounding area and its wildlife. The breakfast was generous and offered many choices.. including fresh fruits and pastries.
The shower head pressure in the bathroom was low. It made showering less enjoyable. I hope they improve it.

The Beautiful Suite Garden Facing 2 was spacious. It included a large living space with comfortable seating. a separate area for dining. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
