i found the staff helpful. they assisted with directions and local recommendations. the record player in the suite was a fun touch. the shower was also excellent, with great water pressure (a very important detail!). the complimentary breakfasts were a lovely start to each day.
i could hear some noise from the restaurant below on saturday night.

The restaurant provided fast kitchen service. I noticed hooks near the shower door which were very convenient. Free coffee and treats at reception was a welcome bonus. Coat hooks were available in both the room and restaurant. I found them very practical.
The room lacked soundproofing. Street noise was disruptive.

The location is excellent. It provides very close proximity to sightseeing points. A dream location, it is very central, near many things to see. The hotel is also right beside some fabulous cocktail bars.

Breakfast was fabulous. The hotel provides a very cosy reception, with a view to the restaurant. Complimentary sweets, snacks and coffee making facilities are available. Tasty breakfast in Twenty Six is available on the ground floor.

The staff is very friendly and creative. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They are so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond every time I had a query. All staff I interacted with were very helpful.

The room was very clean, with bright colours. It included nice little surprises and gifts. The rooms were large and very comfortable. There was a working record player and a selection of records.

the staff where very friendly and helpful. my room, a beautiful double room, was nice and neat. the location was very convenient, near many attractions.
the noise from the street at night kept me awake. the bathroom had a musty smell on arrival. the air conditioning didn't seem to work very well in my room.
