I really liked the breakfast. It had a high quality and a good variety of options. The location is perfect on Vaci Utsa, and it was quiet. I also enjoyed how comfy the room was. It had many storing places.
I found some issues. I was very disappointed the facilities that were mentioned when I booked did not exist when I arrived. No free refreshments were available in the lobby, as advertised when I booked, and there were no drink making facilities in the room. This made the room seem less nice.

The hotel is in a central area. I walked to many attractions. I found many shops near the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful . I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast had a good variety of options.
The air conditioning system didn't seem to be working properly. I tried to adjust the temperature but it didn't change.

My room included a spacious wardrobe and a mini fridge. The bathroom featured hot water all times. The bed was comfortable and I had no problems sleeping well.

The front desk staff spoke good english. They helped me with directions. They were attentive when I asked questions. The cleaning staff kept the room super clean each day.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian shopping area, steps from the Central Market. The metro station is nearby. The room included a coffee machine and a fridge. I found the location to be a great value.
I noticed a lack of a kettle in the room.

the location was good, near transport. breakfast had choice for everyone.
i found that the air conditioning did not work. it was switched to heating for the season, I was told. the room was too warm at night, SO i had to sleep with the window open, which led to noise.
