The bedroom size surprised me. I booked a 'superior double room', yet it felt quite small. Moving around the bed was difficult and the room felt tight. i expected more space for the price i paid.

the location was central so it was easy to get to all attractions and restaurants I found the staff friendly and helpful the room was clean the breakfast was excellent the location was also reasonably quiet at night. i loved the complimentary hot drinks water and fruit it was a nice touch the staff was helpful and friendly i felt safe. the room was comfortable and modern
the room was small for the price i paid i expected a bigger room i was not happy

the hotel offered complimentary water, coffee and tea in the lobby it was available to all guests throughout the day there was also a bar which opened for a few hours each evening. the hotel had car parking available next door for a fee i found this convenient and useful

the staff were helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants the front desk was available 24/7 for any questions or concerns i had the staff also provided early check in, which helped. the reception area was cozy and cute

the room included a bed and a shower the room was modern and very clean the air conditioning worked well which was important the room had a nice view of the surrounding area i could open a window

the hotel was in the heart of the city near shops and historical places the hotel was situated in a reasonably quiet area which helped with sleeping there was public transportation available nearby and easy to access the location was ideal

This hotel has a superb location near the fashion district and Christmas markets I visited. Public transport access is easy if you want to travel further I noticed. The staff are super friendly and helpful which is lovely. Housekeeping did a great job, even folding our clothes every day it's amazing
I expected a slightly larger room for the price paid I think. The room was a bit small but manageable for a few nights stay. It was a very minor issue however

the location was pretty central i thought.
the room i booked, a superior double room, felt really small. it was difficult for two people to move around comfortably. plus, the staff seemed to use the courtyard as a smoking area, and the smell sometimes drifted up to my room and that's not cool.
