The location was central to many attractions. I found the staff very helpful with directions. My room was a Double or Twin Room Balcony and it offered a nice view. The breakfast service had a wide variety of options.
I noticed the bathroom lacked toiletries. The noise from the street was quite noticeable despite the windows.

The staff were amazing. They greeted me warmly. i received a complimentary hot beverage during check-in, a lovely touch. the hotel's location is ideal. it is very close to many attractions. the tram and coach pick-up points were only a minute away. I really enjoyed the vodka tasting each evening!
The noise insulation from the street could be better. It was a bit noisy at times.

the reception staff were always helpful and friendly. I appreciated the free coffee available near reception, SERVED with a smile. the location across from the tour pick-up spot was convenient.
THE room was a bit dark, due to a small window.
