Excellent Stay in a Fantastic Location
warm welcome ample space plentiful options
The staff welcomed me warmly at check-in. My Double Room had ample space. I appreciated the quirky spa facilities located in the basement (a true oasis!). Breakfast featured plentiful options with much variety.
The main door sometimes remains locked, especially at night. Gaining entry without being spotted from reception became tricky.

The spa facilities were excellent. I especially loved the water massage options. The steam sauna was very clean and well kept. The location allowed easy access to everything in the city.
The hotel lacked a kettle in my room. This was inconvenient for making tea or coffee.

mixed feelings at this place
street noise missing kettle
the location was acceptable it was close to where i needed to be.
the room lacked a kettle something i expect even in less expensive hotels the noise from the street was considerable it went on late into the night making sleep difficult the walls seem thin you could hear everything.

heated bathroom floors offered added comfort on chilly evenings. the staff held luggage securely as i ventured to warsaw. the provided train tickets proved very convenient.
my room had several issues, including a faulty shower tab. it came off in my hand when i attempted to open it. this made my morning routine inconvenient.

The staff was friendly. My room was spacious and well-kept. The location was ideal for exploring the area. I found the spa facilities very relaxing after sightseeing.
