Excellent stay!
helpful staff secure parking mountain view
The staff was helpful and always available at the reception. I appreciated the secure on-site parking (a real plus). My room came with mountain views. It was a welcome sight each morning.
The breakfast room got crowded sometimes.

poor cleanliness canteen atmosphere
the room was not properly cleaned . i had to request new towels, and the overall cleanliness was not up to standard. additionally, the breakfast room felt a bit like a school canteen, lacking a cozy atmosphere.

The breakfast offered a good spread. I found the parking convenient despite the hotel being busy. The location was great. It was a short walk to the famous street.
The room was not cleaned during my four-day stay, even after I asked at reception. The walk-in shower leaked water. Closing the doors did not prevent the leak, and the tile leveling was not done well.

amazing breakfast selection gluten-free options central street
i found the breakfast selection amazing!!! they had local meats and cheeses. i also really appreciated the gluten-free options that were available. the hotel's proximity to the main street made everything so easy.

great location breakfast option cosy style
The location is great as it is near the main street. breakfast had a lot of options. the room was gorgeous with warm, cute style and wood all around. It felt very cosy.

The room was a premium double room mountain view. The balcony had a great view of the mountains (i spent there some time!). Breakfast included varied options with tasty pancakes. The hotel also provided secure parking.

Fantastic Stay!
excellent location helpful staff mountain view
The location is excellent. It is a short walk to both the station and Krupowki street. The staff were also very helpful. Breakfast offered many choices (especially the gluten-free bread). The room featured a nice balcony. I also appreciated the mountain view.
