charming place for our getaway
comfy bed free maps
the room features a nespresso machine which i loved. the bed was large and comfy with cotton sheets, its quality surprised me. we loved the sunsets viewed directly from our balcony. there was free maps available at the reception for local walks and i took one.
The breakfast felt a little underwhelming. Everything came pre-packaged. even the pancakes were wrapped in plastic. i believe this is a bit outdated for present times.

the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. she helped us book a table at a restaurant nearby for dinner. i really appreciated her assistance with directions to local attractions, it made our planning much easier.

the hotel includes a residents relaxing lounge, quiet. my room included a fridge and a safe, that i used for my laptop. parking was available onsite, it made arrival very easy.

pre-packaged pancakes thin walls
The breakfast was not great (it was like eating plastic!). everything was pre-packaged, even the pancakes. it's not environmentally friendly at all with so much waste. also, the walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from the neighboring room. (i was trying to sleep in!).

The breakfast was a letdown. Everything came pre-packaged. pancakes were in plastic. This felt wasteful. also, the fire alarm went off early in the morning with no explanation from staff

great location lovely view poor breakfast dark area
The location is great and have lots of bars. Restaurants is within a short walk and its easy for walk to the beach from the hill. I like watching the surfers from there. The room was spacious and super clean and have lovely views.
The breakfast offering were not good. I saw pre packaged porridge and sliced cheese. The reception area looked dark and not overly inviting to me.

plastic waste unnecessary plastic
the free parking was definitely convenient.
I was not happy with the breakfast setup. Everything was pre-packaged and there was so much unnecessary plastic waste. getting any explanation from staff about the fire alarm issue early in the morning was hard. it was annoying to see staff not provide timely information.
