the room had nice beds and easy parking was available. the handwash lotions smelled lovely and check in was easy. i stayed in a beautiful king room. the room was a good size.

The location is close to the airport and handy for early morning flights.
The dinner was not good. My prawns were tough and tasteless. The cooked breakfast items were almost cold.. I think fewer choices at a lower price point would be better. Paying $38 for a cold breakfast was a real disappointment.

The beds were comfortable. I found everything necessary for a brief stay. I chose this location because of its closeness to the airport. An uber ride took about six minutes, and the cost was approximately $11. A bus shuttle also stops outside.
The desk staff seemed unhelpful. Getting information was difficult. There was no menu or wine list in the room. I also received no warning that room numbers were out of sequence on the 5th floor. This caused confusion.

The staff provided efficient luggage storage, and the early check-in was easy. I appreciated this after a long flight. The reception desk could be more communicative during check-in.

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. It would be nice to have extra ammenities in the room. Sanitary products are AVAILABLE in the foyer toilets, REALLY convenient.

the air conditioning panel was too bright, i couldn't find an option to turn it off entirely. also, the air con cranked up on auto at 4am, and the room became very hot. i also noticed empty glasses outside the door when i first arrived.

I was annoyed that the bathroom door didn't shut properly. I informed the reception about this maintenance issue, but nothing happened. I also paid extra for a king bed, but it was just two single beds pushed together, REALLY uncomfortable. The TV also kept turning off. Staff tried to fix it, but it was no use.
