Great Studio Stay

The studio room was very spacious. It had many amenities. The bed and pillows were quite comfy. I found the blackout curtains amazing for sleeping in the morning.
I noticed the air-conditioning was not working correctly. There was no ventilation and no functioning air-conditioning. Sleep was nearly impossible.

The location is quite central. It is near the harbor, a supermarket, and many restaurants. The hotel has good access to Britomart. The area felt safe, and I found the proximity to various amenities convenient.

The room was clean and tidy. It included a work desk, a desk by the window, and ample temporary storage. The bathroom was great, and the shower pressure was powerful. The room size was very generous, and it felt modern.

The staff were helpful! They offered a room upgrade at check-in. They were accommodating to requests. The hotel offers laundry services, which I found useful .

the location was good for walking around the area. The room included utensils for food preparation if needed, i GUESS.
the cleaning staff need some lessons. i stayed for five nights and the coffee and sugar were not replaced for three of those nights. the cleaning cloths ended up just left in the sink in the kitchen.
