the staff were friendly. the location is close to the tram stop.
I felt the room wasn't cleaned well. the walls seemed like paper. I could hear everything. also, the breakfast was not great. It seemed like some items sat out for too long.

The breakfast was quite a letdown. It felt more like a sparse offering than a proper meal. also, the noise isolation was not great. I could hear a lot of street noise and people talking, difficult to relax! especially when the prayer call from the mosque started at 5 in the morning, not a chance to sleep more. the location was nice! though, i think i need earplugs next time.

a DREAM in the heart of everything

the location i think, was great. i was so close to the major attractions. i even got an upgrade to a better room. the rooftop terrace, such a gem, offered me views i never could get enough of.
the room i stayed in, although cozy, felt quite small. storage space really lacked, especially since i had so many things. plus, it became quite noisy at times, walls not helping.

the hotel sits wonderfully close to the main historical sites. blue mosque and topkapi palace are only a short walk away. a nearby tram line links this peaceful neighborhood to galata bridge.

the hotel features a charming terrace restaurant with views of the bosphorus. breakfast is available, but costs extra. a paid underground parking is also accessible, conveniently near the hotel.

the staff was quite nice. they are accommodating. the location works, too. it's a short walk to the blue mosque and grand bazaar.
the breakfast wasn't great. the options felt limited and the food quality was poor. it was disappointing.
