fantastic location, service

i enjoyed how close the hotel was to major attractions. it was a short walk to hagia sophia. the staff were really helpful and friendly. they drove us to the taxi rank since traffic could not stop outside.

we walked about 500 metres up a cobbled hill with bags. it was difficult to get to the hotel from the taxi.

The hotel is in a great spot near the main attractions, so that was convenient.

My room was very small. I barely fit my suitcases in there. I booked a premium room with a Hagia Sophia view. Instead, I got a view of a wall. they did not provide drinking water. How cheap can you be?

The location is fantastic. It is very close to major attractions like the hagia sophia. the staff showed really good helpfulness, especially sevgi. she greeted guests at breakfast with a warm smile. Her attentive service was appreciated. the room was kept perfectly clean by the housekeeping staff each day. i could see hagia sophia from my window, a nice view.

the bathroom had a slight smell.

the hotel provided a very convenient location near hagia sophia. the breakfast staff member, sevgi, was particularly attentive. she consistently asked if i needed anything more to eat, a kind gesture.

The room felt quite small. also, i found the air fresheners used throughout the hotel overpowering. The fragrances were strong and affected my stay negatively. it became a real issue.
