Check-in was prompt. The personnel display really good helpfulness. The location is advantageous. Oxford Street is near. Breakfast had a good variety, it included tasty options.
This meant I must use the stairs with luggage. I encountered a flickering light in my room. This issue caused some inconvenience. The bathroom had a cracked tile.

the location proved convenient breakfast was good.
the television in my room had no signal i had issues with the water it was either very cold or scalding hot my room also lacked a working kettle it was disappointing.
