The staff was lovely, ready with smiles. the apartment was spacious and well-equipped. I found everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the kitchen had modern appliances, including a washing machine. the beds had clean, quality linens.
the elevator moved a little slow sometimes.

The kitchen included all necessary equipment, even a washing machine. The location is near several fine grocery stores. The front desk staff were professional and helpful, providing assistance whenever I needed it.
I did notice a slight delay during check-in because of some documentation.

lovely stay!
harry potter tourair-conditioning systemcomfy bedcarpet stain
the staff helped book the harry potter tour. these tickets are so hard to get at the last minute. the rooms had air-conditioning and also fans. this helped because it got warm in the afternoons. the beds were very comfy. even pillows were great.
the room wasn't properly cleaned. there were stains on the carpet. dust was all over the furniture. the smell never went away at all.

a few pubs are very close. you can also find restaurants around. it is a nice walk back through the neighborhoods and parks, so the experience is very charming for dinner or just some drinks.

The location was excellent. I appreciated being a short walk to both underground stations. the staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile (it really made a difference). the apartment was well-equipped, and i enjoyed having everything i needed for a comfortable stay.
The soundproofing could be slightly improved. I sometimes heard noises from neighboring apartments.

The studio included a small kitchenette with a microwave, hob, and refrigerator. This allowed for simple meal preparation. there was also a seating area with a sofa and a television. This made relaxing in the apartment enjoyable. the bed was firm and supportive.

The reception desk was staffed 24/7. This provided a sense of security and convenience. staff members offered directions and assistance with local attractions. They were very informed. i found their help very effective, it made the travel smoother

The room was upgraded, and I found it very spacious. Kitchen facilities were good. the room was generally clean and tidy. Towels were thick. but the location in South Kensington was central, and the neighborhood felt safe.
