the hotel offered many pools, including an adult-only section, something i found quite nice. the front desk receptionist, petra, checked us in, she was friendly. they upgraded my room with an ocean view without me even asking (charming!).

the plant above the balcony constantly shed petals. it covered everything i left to dry, and i kept dragging it inside. also, the pool had a power outage. the water wasn't filtering, and i saw green slime around the edge.
