the resort had plenty to offer. the attention to detail from the hotel staff was really good. i found personalised touches and this. i appreciated the resort's beauty and numerous amenities.
the beach sun loungers required extra payment. i think sunbeds should be included in the price.

huge room living area beautiful views
i was upgraded for my anniversary. the room was huge with two bathrooms and a living area. the views were beautiful! i really enjoyed everything.
the breakfast restaurant is directly above, so i could hear chairs and tables moving

adult section friendly receptionist ocean view
the hotel offered many pools, including an adult-only section, something i found quite nice. the front desk receptionist, petra, checked us in, she was friendly. they upgraded my room with an ocean view without me even asking (charming!).
the plant on the overhead pergola on the balcony shed its petals every day, covering anything put out there to dry.

underwhelming stay, sadly
unwelcoming staff stained towels
the gym had plenty of equipment, a plus.
The front desk staff seemed annoyed. They weren't cute, and i was like an inconvenience. my request for extra towels took forever, and when they arrived, they were stained, honestly.

direct access sea view
the grounds feature three pools. i found direct access to the sea and beach to be a significant benefit. our room had a fine view of the sea, and i liked the beautiful sights.
i noticed the absence of table service at breakfast and consider it a downside. i found the food choices repetitive and not particularly appetizing. this part impacted my experience negatively.

constant petal shedding unfiltered pool water
The resort provided a good bus pick up service. It helped avoid taxi queues.
the plant above the balcony constantly shed petals. it covered everything i left to dry, and i kept dragging it inside. also, the pool had a power outage. the water wasn't filtering, and i saw green slime around the edge.
