uneven experience, slight disappointment
disorganized service high prices
i found the beach service disorganized. i requested a refreshing towel around 2:30 pm and was told to wait till 3 pm, then later i waited till 4pm. the staff wasn't discreet while talking about guests. the hotel charges a lot for what you get.

flooded bathroom missing corkscrew
The location was acceptable.
I was frustrated that the bathroom flooded every time I took a shower. The shower door did not close properly, a major design flaw. The toilet also kept flushing all night. It was a constant annoyance. Getting a corkscrew was impossible. The hotel said they were stolen too often. I think the room cost way too much considering these problems.

charmed by the really good service
helpful staff cooked breakfast efficient staff comfortable bed
i enjoyed a seven night stay and found the staff consistently wonderful and helpful. breakfast offered many choices from yogurts to freshly cooked eggs benedict. the sensus restaurant was excellent with super efficient staff i also appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows in my room.
the small supermarket across the street had limited hours making it difficult to purchase milk late in the evening

the breakfast area boasts an very nice view and the spread includes fresh pastries meats and cheeses alongside cooked options. the piano bar provides a lovely setting for evening cocktails complemented by excellent bar food offered throughout the day.

Vesna and Marko provided really good care . The hotel maintains a cute and clean environment, showcasing high professionalism from every staff member. The breakfast provided was AMAZING!!! The cliff and beach access feature ladders and a fun jumping wall.

Excellent Hotel, Minor Issues
large balcony excellent service
Our room included a large balcony with open Adriatic views. The breakfast offered large options including made-to-order items. Dinner at the outside hotel restaurant was good with excellent service. The location had great spots for sunbathing and swimming.
The elevator system for access was confusing. The spa looked somewhat neglected. The provided body milk smelled bad and seemed expired.
