i found the staff very helpful. the room was well equipped. the university campus location is quite pleasant. it had all the amenities i needed it was super clean and perfect. the room was large it was bright and airy there's a good desk for working and a largish table too.
the rooms got very hot. windows can be opened a bit however this means you can't draw the curtains if you want fresh air to get in. that means outside light filters in. the room becomes too bright to sleep.

i enjoyed the location, it was so convenient being right on campus, i could easily visit my daughter. free parking was available. the staff were amazing and helpful. the shower pressure was great!
the room was on the top floor, it was quite hot and the heating controls could have been better.

The room was super clean. it had a large, comfy bed. I slept very well. the university campus was also clean and well kept. We loved the paths, but the flowers were amazing!
i found the lack of drawer space a slight inconvenience.
