Really good Service and Quality
friendly staffprofessional serviceexcellent quality
The staff were Great throughout my stay. Dan especially provided polite, discrete, and professional service during afternoon tea. The food preparation is in-house. Fresh bread and excellent quality ingredients were used. I will return soon.
I found only a slight stain in the corner of the bathroom grout.

The hotel is in a beautifully set location. It is also very tranquil. Plenty of parking is available for all guests ensuring easy access. The hotel is surrounded by lovely gardens offering a peaceful atmosphere.

the suite was very spacious! it was also clean and tidy. i found it all very relaxing and enjoyable.
The menu was quite limited. There wasn't much healthy food. the conservatory was very cold, i did have to ask for two heaters.

The breakfast selection offered a wide variety of continental options, including fresh pastries alongside a hot food menu. My room was spacious, and the bathroom included convenient hand rails. and the team seemed very accommodating, especially when organizing our day.
The mattress in my room was not as comfortable as I expected. This was a slight inconvenience.

the staff were polite and attentive . i had dinner in the bar, it was delicious and good value. the hotel recently completed a refurbishment with solid wood flooring and re-decorating. wooden surfaces are polished.
the room i had was cold. the hotel gave a room heater when i complained, it was noisy so i could not leave it on for long. i did not realise the shower was over the bath and i could not get in and out easily.

the staff carried my bag. they were polite and very attentive to requests. i found the service quick and efficient. they accommodated all my needs.

breakfast in the library was hot and arrived quickly. a fancy multi drink maker made a beautiful cappuccino. the food was well presented and tasted amazing. the bar provides some amazing cocktails too.
