the location is great, nearby high street and canal. its a short drive to coast. there is parking at the hotel and beds were comfy and clean. it was good having a fridge, toaster, and microwave with plates and cups for use in the living room area.
the only thing i noticed was that there isn't a proper pathway to cross, and the entrance is on the road.

i really do appreciated its location, its proximity to the high street and the canal is good. there is parking at the hotel, a little convenience, and the beds were comfy and so very clean. it was handy, a fridge, toaster, microwave, plates, and cups are available in the upstairs living room.
the absence of a proper pathway for crossing the entrance on the road did pose a slight concern. it is not significant, it requires attention arriving or departing on foot.

i found the building and garden beautiful. its location is only a short walk from the high street. the room was a good size. it had tea and coffee facilities plus, when it was quite warm, they gave us a fan to help cool the room.
