kris greeted me at the door and was very polite. he explained everything and showed me to my room which was very clean and spacious. the breakfast was nicely presented and had everything i required like cereal, a full english, and yogurt. it really exceeded my expectations!!!

The breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the sausages (best ever!). The location is central. It is less than a 5-minute walk to the centre or seafront. I found the hotel to be quiet and peaceful.

Paint was peeling all around the front entrance door. I noticed that the house smelled a little stale. Tablecloths in the dining room were stained. They were not changed daily. I also noticed tomato sauce bottles had coagulated sauce around the top.

the room was very clean it was also spacious. breakfast was nicely presented it had everything you required like cereal and a full english. kris met us at the door he was very polite explaining everything showing us to our room. the breakfast was awesome it had everything you required.

i had two rooms for four nights i was told immediately my rooms would not be serviced. i would not have booked if i had known my rooms would not be cleaned at all. serviced accommodation means you are catered for and looked after.
