decent stay at city hotel

the staff spoke good english. the room was clean. i liked that the metro and some brunch places were close to the hotel. dry towels and cleaning were available in the room every day.
the breakfast was basic. it was served in A basement room. the pool area is very small. the hotel is located in A nice neighborhood.

Underwhelming Stay. Some Issues Need Attention.

The room felt quite outdated. The bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere. It made washing my hands difficult. The window was small and high up, almost like an attic window. Adjusting the curtains was a challenge. Overall the room wasn't worth what I paid.

The room felt outdated. The bathroom door had noticeable water damage (it was quite visible). the fridge didn't cool effectively. This was a problem because the outside temperatures were high.
