decent stay at city hotel
good english clean room small area basic breakfast
the staff spoke good english. the room was clean. i liked that the metro and some brunch places were close to the hotel. dry towels and cleaning were available in the room every day.
the breakfast was basic. it was served in A basement room. the pool area is very small. the hotel is located in A nice neighborhood.

Underwhelming Stay. Some Issues Need Attention.
outdated room small window
The room felt quite outdated. The bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere. It made washing my hands difficult. The window was small and high up, almost like an attic window. Adjusting the curtains was a challenge. Overall the room wasn't worth what I paid.

the employees were nice from the start. they were also always helpful . the room provides a smart tv too. it was a plus.
the room was outdated and dark. it was not that comfortable. i expected better and it needs repairs especially the bathroom.

small window depressing room
the staff was great, mostly helpful when i asked for directions.
the room was quite small and dark, it had a very small window near the ceiling. this, i found it a bit depressing after a few days.
