The room was spacious and modern. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. All the facilities were available.
The beach was not relaxing, because umbrellas were fixed with no spacing. This was good. The umbrellas did not provide proper shelter from the sun.

The resort has a clean aesthetic. I appreciated the room service. It was very helpful. Beach bartender made tasty drinks. The beach felt relaxing. Food quality meets expectations. Staff are friendly and quick. I did enjoy my stay.
The evening dining times, were a bit too early.

Staff demonstrated multilingual capabilities. The reception team fulfilled all needs. They have always been helpful and checked on our trip. The staff are attentive to guest needs.

The food is served à la carte style in all restaurants. Gaia, the Italian restaurant, is amazing. Yades, the beach restaurant, offers top service and good food. I found Mr Hesham, the manager at Yades, to be very friendly.
