Acceptable stay, some issues

comfortable bed nice linens delicious choice slow check-in poor food food quality

I am thankful for the cleanliness of the room. It had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the linens. I also found that breakfast was very good with delicious choices.

The check-in process could be improved. When I arrived there were couples checking in. They were shown to their rooms quickly while I had to wait almost two hours. I eventually asked when my room would be ready and they was to have forgotten about me. The food service need improvement. I find that the food was not up to par for a hotel of this caliber.

wonderful stay!

smooth process excellent food quick walk relaxing holiday

I found the check-in process smooth and efficient! the food at both breakfast and dinner was excellent. a quick walk gets you to a supermarket in just 20 minutes. my holiday was quite relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The drink prices seemed a bit high. I hope they consider lowering them in the future.

Really good Stay

modern rooms great breakfast

The rooms are modern with well kept air conditioning. Breakfast was consistently great Each morning. I ordered a burger at the bar, and it was prepared exactly to my liking. THE design is unique. Dozens of pools are spread throughout the complex.

The reception staff did not replace a hairdryer that worked intermittently. They were quite rude when I asked for a later check out. They wanted to charge 40 euros an hour, which i did not accept.

All staff members are polite and attentive. The staff is committed to assist the guests, nothing ever reminded me of too much trouble. The service was very good.

The hotel feels well cared for. Cleanliness is excellent throughout the hotel. Rooms are super clean and well maintained and communal areas are always tidy and inviting. The pool areas are beautifully presented with plenty of space to relax.

Dining was consistently of a very high standard. Food is varied, fresh, and well prepared. Each meal was a real highlight. It is some of the best food i have had in a hotel. Breakfast is very good with variety.

I experienced a wonderful time here. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and remembered me. I found the Barceló app very useful to book everything. It was easy to arrange anything additional I needed for my room, and the service was quick.

The à la carte lunch offers a variety of starters and salads. I got to choose from five main courses. dessert. The main courses were freshly cooked. Breakfast offers a wide variety, but the evening buffet provides lots of choices with food replenished when low.

The staff remembered me and were friendly. They went out of their way to be helpful. Everything booked on the Barceló app was attended to quickly. I consider this a great stay and I am thankful to all personel.

Excellent Stay in Menorca

smooth check-in clean swimming pool great breakfast modern hotel

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The swimming pool located outside our room was lovely and very clean. Breakfast offered various choices, and the dinner was also great. I thought the hotel was very modern with nice, clean grounds.

I thought drink prices at the hotel were a little high.

Our superior double room had comfortable beds, soft linens, and great pillows. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Storage space included a closet and a dresser with several drawers (very useful).
