excellent stay with excellent service

warm welcome smooth check-in attentive guard

i found the hospitality shown by the staff excellent especially from receptionist said and security guard patricio. said greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism making check-in smooth and stress-free. patricio was always present attentive.

i noticed rooms have glass door toilets and showers this may not be ideal when sharing with friends. our room was near the car park door i heard it slam frequently during the day and night. the pool area did not get sun all day i had to plan my time accordingly.

mixed feelings about this hotel

strange room layout inconsistent wifi

the breakfast selection had great variety to start the day well

I found the room layout strange. The way the shower, toilet, and sink were arranged was not ideal it felt cramped and lacked privacy i also experienced inconsistent wifi coverage in my room, as the signal kept dropping unless i was on the balcony this was frustrating as i needed reliable internet access for work

i found the breakfast selection quite good with many choices available it made mornings easy. the location was ideal for beach access the proximity to the sand was very convenient for quick trips to the sea.

The hotel location provides easy access to the sandy beach, only meters away. I found many restaurants in the neighborhood. Breakfast had good options. The hotel provided a private parking space.

My room was a bit small. The bed was comfortable though. There wasn't any body wash in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. The balcony did not get much sun.
