Wonderful Stay Near the City Center

The hotel has a tram stop nearby, so accessing the city center was easy. I found the hotel was modern and clean which I definitely appreciated. The staff was helpful and friendly. I found them particularly excellent!

The climate control system was difficult. It made the room unbearably hot at night.

The staff offered recommendations for local parking. This saved me money. My room was very clean and tidy, I found everything in order. The check-in process was quick and easy. The front desk staff handled everything smoothly. The area felt safe and secure.

I found that the air conditioning was not effective enough. The room became uncomfortably warm. There were no instructions to switch on the air- conditioning, so I had to use trial and error.

staff was friendly, and the location was near public transport. tram access was easy for travels into the city. it was convenient to get around without a car. the hotel also felt secure, with car parking under the hotel.

the room did not have a minibar or fridge. it made it difficult to keep water cold. the walls also were not very soundproofed. i could hear neighbors.
