the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful! the room felt very spacious and well-equipped, they thought of lots of details. the beds were nice, i slept very comfortably. the location is great, just a short walk from the centre and la petite venice.

the pool's temperature was slightly colder than expected, around 26 degrees.

the 'spa area' was hilarious. it's basically just a small, chilly pool with a few seats. calling it a spa is quite a stretch. also, the shower door in my room was way too short. every time i showered, water flooded the bathroom floor. what a mess!

the room was quite big and had a nice little kitchen area. the toilet was also big and the space felt comfortable overall. the hotel's position was very close to the center too. breakfast was great. it was also a plus that they are pet friendly and have a pool.

i stayed for one night in early july 2024, and the air conditioning was completely non-functional. it made for an uncomfortable night because of the extreme summer heat, and i barely slept.
