I found the architecture amazing and the environment very beautiful. My stay was super comfortable. I really appreciated that. The facilities included a very good spa and a large swimming POOL. The bistro was fantastic too.

The front desk staff's communication could improve. An issue with my partner's payment details led to a rebooking, unfortunate.

the breakfast had many options and everything was fresh.

i found the spa access policy a little restrictive, children could only use the pool during one specific hour each day. this meant that all the kids were in the spa at the same time. also, the waiter kept responding in french when i spoke in english when ordering room service and brought only one ice cream instead of two. i'm diabetic, so this mattered.

the gym access was a plus i found it clean and well-equipped. the location provided easy access near petit france i appreciated the proximity to attractions.

i had an issue with the shower in my room staff could not fix it the same day. they offered another room for a shower which was inconvenient rooms were far apart.

the location was acceptable being within walking distance of attractions

the minibar was not replenished . the hallways were noisy particularly from the slamming of an exterior door on the ground floor. i also found it inconvenient they emptied the water reservoir to defrost the windshield creating problems for my return journey
