i found the reception staff very helpful and efficient at check-in. the grounds around the hotel are large and well-kept (a perfect spot for a morning stroll).

The reception staff were excellent! I found the leisure facilities and pool to be comprehensive. Menu options catered well to vegetarians. This was much appreciated. The room was large and quite comfortable. The drive up to the hall was beautiful with plenty of parking.
I noticed the leisure centre facilities could use some improvements.

The swimming pool was great. It offered a good space for a quick dip.
The room lacked basic amenities. There was no bin liner in any of the bins, including the one in the bathroom. This felt unhygienic, especially in the bathroom! The walls seemed thin as well. I could hear conversations and noise from the corridor, and sleep became difficult.

The breakfast was excellent, catering to many tastes. the pool was a nice area, and i loved the jacuzzi. the restaurant provided good food. It was quite enjoyable.
The room did not match the pictures of the one i had booked. It was very basic. there were only three teabags and two sugars, limiting tea and coffee. there were marks and stains on the walls. we checked in late, so we did not eat there. however, a very noisy wedding was in progress.
